Trick or Treat! It's Halloween
From trick-or-treating to spooky ghost tours, there are plenty of activities for you and your family to enjoy this year, but before you get decked out in your scary costume, take some time to read about the following activities and resources sure to make your Halloween the spookiest ever.
- Celebrate Halloween during Spooktober at Zoo Miami
Multiple events for kids and adults will be available where the wild things are! For more information on ticket prices and dates, please visit Zoo Miami.
- Dr. Wilde's Creepy House at Zoo Miami, Oct. 17-31
Visit our full-scale haunted house, guaranteed to send chills up and down your spine, from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. Admission is only $5 and parental discretion is advised.
- New thrills and chills for young adults at Zoo Miami
Too old for trick-or-treating? Zoo Miami has something that's just right: Halloween Fright Night! The fun gets underway on Halloween at 8 p.m. and runs till midnight. Stop by Dr. Wilde's Creepy House and prepare to be terrified. Enjoy a live band, DJ and more. For adults over 21, bloody wine, beer and tasty treats will be sold. The event is not recommended for children ages 14 and under. Tickets cost $11 online or $12 at the park.
- "Spookover," "Voices of the Past" and "Be Your Own Investigator" ghost tours at Deering Estate
Shhh. Did you hear that? There's no telling what's lurking at the Deering Estate. The only way to find out is by visiting this storied mansion to learn of the secrets that lie within its nooks and crannies.
