As part of Miami-Dade County's continuing commitment to public participation in local government, Public Housing and Community Development (PHCD) is inviting the local community to participate in the Fiscal Year 2013-2017 Consolidated Plan workshops where recommendations can be made on how funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) should be used to improve our community.  

PHCD is required by HUD to submit a Consolidated Plan every five years to establish community development priorities for the next five years.  As part of this planning process, PHCD will facilitate county-wide workshops to obtain input from the community on their priorities.
