Housing Opportunities for People Everywhere
The Miami-Dade Public Housing Agency's $35 million Homeownership Opportunities for People Everywhere (HOPE VI) grant from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development will completely revitalize the Scott Home and Carver Homes public housing developments.
Project-Based Voucher (PBV) program applications
The Miami-Dade Public Housing Agency (MDPHA) is seeking applications from qualified developers and affordable housing operators to develop housing units for low-income families under the Section 8 Project Based Voucher Program (PBV) Program in a Target Area (TA) bounded by NW 7th Ave, NW 119th Street, NW 32nd Avenue and NW 36th Street, Miami, Florida. Applications are due no later than March 5 at: 2 p.m.
