Listing Your Section 8 Property Just Got Easier!

Miami-Dade County is offering a new, free user-friendly listing service to Miami-Dade Housing Agency’s (MDHA) Section 8 landlords and tenants which provides improved access to a list of affordable rentals in Miami-Dade County. With this FREE service, property owners and managers will be able to:

1. List and manage their available rentals with a toll-free number or via the internet – free
   
2. Describe in greater detail a rental’s amenities, location, post a photo of the unit,and more – free
   
3. Avoid calls on rented properties and remove properties from the list immediately when rented with a toll-free number or via the Internet – free
