As a new initiative to improve communications and service, landlords now have the option to send data that will be used to determine payment discrepancies via regular mail or email to landlordpayments@miamidade.gov.
2008 Fair Market Rents and Payment Standards
Please be advised that the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (USHUD) has published the final notice for Fiscal Year 2008 Fair Market Rents (FMRs). Effective March 1, 2008, the payment standards have been revised as indicated below:

The FMR for unit sizes larger than 4 bedrooms, are calculated by adding 15% to the 4 bedrooms FMR for each extra bedroom. To calculate the payment standard for unit sizes larger than 4 bedrooms, additional factor of 10% must be added.
