Employee Identification

Heightened security measures are in place and all County employees are required to have their employee identification clearly displayed in order to enter county facilities. Employee ID's must remain clearly displayed at all times. 

If you need a replacement, complete the Request for Replacement Employee Identification Card form   and submit the completed form to your Department Personnel Representative (DPR). If you are unable to download this form, please contact your DPR directly.
