IDEA Rewards!

Do you have an idea? The Employee Suggestion Program is currently being updated and expanded into the Idea Rewards Program. 

Login to eNet and submit your idea to the Idea Machine (County employees only). If it meets the current Idea Rewards/ESP criteria you will receive e-mail notification.

The Idea Machine will show you the ideas submitted by other employees as well. If you believe the saying that one idea leads to another - the Idea Machine will be a great way of inspiring the creativity in all of us.

Miami-Dade County employees, like you, can make a positive impact on the community and the organization by sharing ideas. Since our program started capturing employee ideas in the 1960's, more than $20 million in cost saving ideas and innumerable other intangible benefits affecting safety and customer service have resulted.
