Miami-Dade County only accepts online applications for employment. One may be submitted in response to an announced vacancy or to express an interest in employment.
If you do not have access to a personal computer, Miami-Dade County has a number of public computers available for your use.

How to respond to print advertisement or online job posting?
When responding to a print advertisement or online posting, your application will be linked to a specific vacancy (job opening number) and your qualifications will be screened against the announced job requirements.
How to express general interest in employment?
When expressing a general interest in employment or applying without a job, your application will be saved in a database available to hiring managers and recruiters. If you have indicated that you possess knowledge, skills and abilities the county is seeking in a prospective employee, you may be contacted to apply or interview for a specific position.
