Labor Relations

The Labor and Compensation Division plans, directs, develops and coordinates negotiation and administration of all County collective bargaining agreements in accordance with Florida statutes.

The division also maintains the County leave manual and is responsible for administering the Employee Mediation and the pre-employment physical program.
