The Employee and Labor Relations Division is charged with processing, coordinating and conducting various appeals and grievances including:

• career service grievances,
  
• performance evaluation appeals,
  
• job abandonment appeals,
  
• short-term disability leave appeals,
  
• unemployment compensation appeals and
  
• name clearing hearings.
