Definition of the continual learning competency

This competency involves seeking, digesting and mastering new technical and business information, and using it to redefine and execute new courses of action.

Continual learning also involves pursuing self-development, creating a learning organization and continually promoting opportunities to attain new knowledge for performance improvement.
