Succession Planning- Steps to Success

Steps to Success provides personalized career advice to assist County employees in reaching their short- and long-term career goals. Participation is open to employees interested in upward mobility and who are willing to work to meet the basic eligibility requirements for higher level positions.

Participants will take part in a variety of self-directed developmental activities to acquire, develop or refine the necessary skills, knowledge and abilities required for the position. Activities may include classroom training, web-based learning, on-the-job learning, coaching and field work.
