Human Rights

Miami-Dade County promotes fairness and equal opportunity in employment, housing, public accommodations, credit and financing practices, family leave and domestic violence leave. Miami-Dade County Fair Employment and Human Rights works with a number of local, state and federal organizations on human rights issues.

Complaints

If you believe you have been discriminated against, you may file a complaint with the Miami-Dade County Commission on Human Rights.
