For personal attention and assistance in finding the information you need about County Services, turn to miamidade.gov's own Portal Wizard. He lives in the realm of registered portal users, so you will have to log-in to miamidade.gov before you will be granted access to his service.
 Use the Log-in link on the left column of the home page. If you haven't registered before, click on the Sign Up! link to start your own account. Your e-mail address becomes your user name, and you can set your own password.
Once you've logged-in, the Portal Wizard box appears at the top of the page. Ask your question and you should receive an e-mail response within one business day.
The Wizard has studied the mystical arts of research and customer service and is able to cross oceans of bureaucracy and even venture into other government realms to find answers to your questions.
Frequently asked questions also appear on the page, directly under the Wizard's box. Ask a good question that would be helpful to other users and it may appear here!
