Welcome to Community Information & Outreach!
Community Information & Outreach (CIAO) provides access to award-winning government service through our web portal – miamidade.gov – and the 3-1-1 Answer Center, the nation's first multi-jurisdictional call center for non-emergency government services.
With the successful integration of Miami-Dade Television, advertising, marketing, translation and photography services into Community Information & Outreach, the department has forged a single countywide strategy designed to improve the impact of messaging and simplify service - regardless of the manner in which residents choose to access their government.

To pay a parking ticket, you had to mail it in or pay in person. But all that changed in 2001, when miamidade.gov went live. We invite you to celebrate a decade of easy access to government service. For 10 years running, miamidade.gov has been saving you time online with great content and services.
