    Joe Rasco leads the legislative team at the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs, which includes specialists at all levels of government. Intergovernmental Affairs reports directly to the Board of County Commissioners. Contact us to coordinate your legislative or appropriations request to State and Federal legislators.
