    File a Complaint

    The Independent Review Panel was created to address serious complaints against Miami-Dade police officers and other County employees.

    Serious complaints are allegations that pertain to substantial and specific damage to public health, safety or welfare, or allegations of gross mismanagement, misconduct or wrongdoing, gross neglect of duty.

    Complaints can be submitted by mail, phone, fax or e-mail. Complaint forms are available here for you to view and print:
