    The Jay Malina International Trade Consortium's (ITC) vision is to promote and strengthen Miami-Dade County as an international trade and cultural center.

    ITC Mission
    The Jay Malina International Trade Consortium's (ITC) mission is to promote Miami-Dade County as a Global Gateway by enhancing international relations, cultural understanding, and trade. Goals 2008 / 2009

    1. Increase international awareness of Miami-Dade County as a global gateway.
    2. Promote citizen diplomacy, and cultural and international understanding.
    3. Advocate Miami-Dade County's trade initiatives with relevant federal, state, and local agencies.
    4. Strengthen Miami-Dade County's position as an international platform for trade.
