ITC Trade Missions Policy and Procedures
All ITC led outbound mission participants must complete and return their mission registration form to the ITC for processing by the deadline date established in the Mission Application.
All mission participants are requested to attend a pre-mission briefing prior to the date of departing for the mission.
Participants are responsible for all costs associated with the mission, including: airfare, lodging, registration fees, and all other applicable fees.
Registration fees will not be refunded if a participant returns before the end of a mission. Furthermore, registration fees are not refundable except as provided below.
Only the ITC Board of Directors can approve a refund or waiver of registration fees, upon written notice, based on the following reasons:
- Proof of severe illness, hospitalization, death, life-threatening situations to close family members
- Adverse weather conditions such as hurricanes, etc.
- When a participant sponsors or underwrites an event during the mission for an amount of $2,000 or greater.
