Cost/Benefit Analysis Report

The Miami-Dade County Office of Strategic Business Management conducted a JSD Cost/Benefit Analysis in order to determine the financial impact of the JSD on the juvenile justice system in Miami-Dade County.  Some very important findings and conclusions have been determined. Juvenile Justice Model Guidebook and Process Map

The Miami-Dade County Juvenile Justice Model Guidebook Get Acrobat!  provides a synopsis of the history of the Juvenile Services Department, the components of the Juvenile Justice Model, the process guide, and relevant information on available diversion programs and community service programs.  As a supplement to the guidebook, an illustrative JSD Process Map Get Acrobat!  is available.

Vizcaya Evening Reception

Guests and participants were welcomed on the eve of The Juvenile Justice Summit at an evening reception hosted by the Honorable Carlos Alvarez, Mayor of Miami-Dade County at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens.
