This report provides a comprehensive summary of the available information, the existing policies, and the recommended initiatives currently guiding our understanding of the affordable housing issues facing our community. Its purpose is to assist the Housing Policy Work Group and other task forces under development in the task of addressing the expanding housing needs of our residents. This is a work in progress, but we hope that it will contribute to the discussion about the nature of the affordable housing crisis in Miami-Dade County.
