    Arts & the Economy

    Miami-Dade County had a local voice in Washington, DC this week as Congress works to better understand the impact the current economy is having on the arts.  Michael Spring, Director of Miami-Dade County's Department of Cultural Affairs, spoke about the successes and challenges facing our local arts community.
