Budget Town Hall Meetings
Last month, Mayor Carlos A. Gimenez announced his Proposed Fiscal Year 2014-2015 County Budget.
Now the public will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide input during two Social Media Budget Town Hall Meetings set for Wednesday, Aug. 13. The Facebook event takes place noon-1 p.m. and will be webcast live. The Twitter event takes place 3-4 p.m. Those who wish to participate may submit questions anytime to the Mayor’s Twitter handle -- @MayorGimenez -- or on the Mayor’s Facebook page marked #MDCBudget.
Face-to-face events are also scheduled at various locations throughout the community.

Tuesday, August 19th, 2014 at 6 p.m.

Additional meetings may be scheduled as needed to ensure all residents have the ability to attend a public meeting to disccus the budget.
