Miami-Dade Police Updates

Founded in 1836 as the Dade County Sheriff's Office, the Miami-Dade Police Department has experienced many changes through the years, both in personnel and resources. In this video, we turn back the hands of time and take you on a journey through the years. Through the graciousness of our current and former employees who so kindly provided us with their pictures and memorabilia, we've created the "Remember When" gallery, now on display on the second floor of the Miami-Dade Police, Fred Taylor Headquarters Building. This montage illustrates some of the vehicles, aircraft and officers through the years, as well as some of the major events that have occurred in Miami-Dade County. Reminisce and enjoy the video.
