    Background Checks:

    Two Forms of ID are REQUIRED. One with picture. Expired IDs are NOT valid.
    Cost: $5.00

    Fingerprinting:

    Must bring fingerprinting card.
    Cost: $5.00
    Fingerprinting and background checks are provided Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at the locations listed below. Walk-ins are accepted; however, appointments are recommended in order to reduce wait time.
