Metro-Miami Action Plan Trust Homeownership Assistance Program (MMAP HAP) Launches Housing Certification Workshops


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- Metro-Miami Action Plan Trust Housing Assistance Program (MMAP HAP) will conduct two workshops and accept applications from Lenders, Mortgage Brokers, Closing Agents, Real Estate Brokers, and Sales Associates interested in becoming certified MMAP HAP participants.  This program is designed to provide First-Time Homebuyers with up to $7,500 in down-payment and closing costs assistance in the form of a forgivable, zero percent interest, non-amortized, deferred mortgage loan.

Under the current circumstances surrounding the economic climate in South Florida, this is the perfect opportunity for Lenders, Mortgage Brokers, Closing Agents, Real Estate Brokers, and Sales Associates to register for one of the free workshops that will provide knowledge and open new doors to increase their supply of qualified prospective homebuyers seeking first-time mortgages.

All MMAP HAP training materials, participation requirements, and borrower eligibility requirements will be provided at these free Certification Workshops:
