TIP Development Committee
The TIP Development Committee is composed of representatives
from the same agencies with voting members on the Transportation
Planning Council and are appointed by their own director. The development
committee is responsible for coordinating, compiling and preparing
the 5-year Transportation Improvement Program in conjunction with
federal, state, regional and local agencies. Meetings are held three
times a month during the TIP adoption cycle in the Stephen P. Clark
Government Center at 111 NW 1 Street, Miami, Florida 33128. Additional
meetings may be scheduled to meeting federal requirements and adoption
