This site is centered on a the Miami Dade College South Campus, located along Killian Parkway (SW 104th Street) between the Florida Turnpike and the Don Shula Expressway. The campus includes a cluster of low- to mid-rise classroom buildings and support facilities surrounded by surface parking lots. Adjacent areas include predominately automobile-oriented strip commercial development with some multifamily residential development.
