The Management Planning and Performance Analysis (MPPA) Division of the Office of Strategic Business Management is responsible for supporting the County’s strategic management framework and acts as an internal consultancy resource for improving governmental efficiency and effectiveness.

The MPPA team brings an array of public and private sector experience to the task of implementing a results-oriented approach to all County operations.
What We Do
The Management Planning and Performance Analysis Division has two broad functions:

We are responsible for supporting the County’s strategic management framework, which focuses on planning, measuring results and progress, and developing monitoring and accountability tools.

We are also the County’s internal management consulting resource. Our specialties range from conducting organizational and operational reviews to the development of gainsharing agreements.
