Using an assortment of quantitative and qualitative methodologies, we conduct management, operational, organizational and business process reviews that focus on increasing efficiency and effectiveness of public service delivery. Additionally, we work with departments to implement gainsharing agreements, managed competitions, and targeted savings initiatives.
