Increasingly, governments are faced with the challenge of "doing more with less." Available revenues are finite, and yet they need to be allocated where they are needed most. A strategic plan developed in concert with the people we serve helps us allocate limited resources to the programs and services that matter most to our residents.
Simply stated, the Strategic Plan serves as the community's roadmap that will take us from where we are today to where we want to go in the coming years.
