Dear MCC users,
Effective October 15, 2009 the enrollment process to participate in the MCC 7040 and MCC 7360 contract will be handled by the Department of Procurement Management (DPM); any vendor that would like to pre-qualify, and/or have questions pertaining to the MCC pre-qualification process should contact DPM, 111 NW 1st Street, 13th floor, Miami, Fl 33128, (305) 375-5289.
Questions pertaining to the contract (7040 and/or 7360), should be addressed to Ultimo De Oliveira at (305) 375-5265 or Ultimo@miamidade.gov at Office of Capital Improvements.
All contractors with a local Miami-Dade County office that meet the CSBE eligibility requirements may participate on the 7040 Contract. It is a closed rotational pool, on a continuing basis, with a contract period expiring on October 31/2010.
All contractors interested in the pre-qualification process must:
- Be registered as a Vendor with the Department of Procurement Management (DPM).
- Be licensed and/or registered with Miami-Dade County as a General Building, Engineering, or Specialty Trade Contractor.
- Be certified with the Department of Small Business Development (SBD) as a Community Small Business Enterprise (CSBE).
- Be eligible to meet the contract insurance requirements for General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Worker’s Compensation.
- Submit a Request to Participate for Pre-Qualified Contractors form and Firm’s Responsibility Affidavit to DPM.
