The County's Miscellaneous Construction Contract (MCC) Program provides contracting opportunities to small businesses. The 7040 Contract is set-aside solely for Community Small Business Enterprise firms certified by the Department of Small Business Development (SBD). Individual MCC 7040 projects cannot exceed $2.5 million in construction costs.
The 7360 Contract is a competitive bid which is open to all vendors. This contract is typically used when projects are federally funded or a user department has exhausted its 7040 allocation. Individual MCC 7360 projects cannot exceed $2.5 million in construction costs. MCC 7360 contracting opportunities are listed by the County Procurement Management Department and are advertised in the in the Daily Business Review.
