What is pre-qualification certification?
The Pre-Qualification Certification Program (PQC) is the consolidation of the various certification processes into one streamlined process. It includes technical certification, affirmative action verification, and vendor registration.

You can be pre-qualified by registering as a vendor, filing your affirmative action plan, and having a current technical certification. In addition you must submit a PQC Affidavit on an annual basis. Please refer to the PQC/TC schedule for submittal deadlines.
