Interactive Economic Incentives Map

The Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) in conjunction with Miami-Dade County's Enterprise Technology Services Department (ETSD) have developed an interactive map that allows users to quickly access Enterprise Zones and other geographic areas that qualify for economic incentives in Miami-Dade County. Some areas within Miami-Dade have been designated as having economic development priority and the interactive map helps identify those areas. Companies interested in relocating or expanding in Miami-Dade County have certain incentives available to them depending on these priority areas.

The new interactive map allows users to enter in the physical address or intersection of the proposed business location and quickly see if the property is located inside of one of the priority zones. The map also allows users to view land use, zoning, commission district, community redevelopment areas and other relevant is useful for business site selection.
