    A Primer for Welcoming Dignitaries

    Miami-Dade County is one of the most unique counties in the country with many ties to countries around the world. Because of this role, Miami-Dade County proudly welcomes a large number of foreign and domestic dignitaries and officials. The Protocol Procedures Manual is intended to outline the many steps involved in receiving and presenting the various dignitaries and other officials that arrive.
