No, it's not a Disney Channel original, it's an educational simulation coordinated by StormZone, a Miami-based non-profit organization that teaches emergency management.

StormZone is a school-based multidisciplinary sicence and social studies education program that teaches students about the science of severe natural hazards and how emergency management agencies work with local governments to prepare for and from these disasters.
