Property Appraiser Lazaro Solis Sends Property Owners Additional Online TRIM Notice Information

On August 22nd, the Office of the Property Appraiser mailed the Notice of Proposed Property Taxes (TRIM).  In an effort to help property owners better understand their Notice, Property Appraiser Solis is sending a follow-up mailing letting them know they can also view their TRIM Notice and accompanying forms online at www.miamidade.gov/pa. 

In a statement Property Appraiser Solis said, “We want to ensure everyone has an opportunity to review all of their property information and benefits.  These documents include details regarding their property value, exemptions and taxing authority budget hearings.”
