Bluegrass Music Festival at Greynolds Park

 


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 
Bluegrass fans can enjoy a full-day of live bluegrass music during the Bluegrass Music Festival, Sunday, September 13, from 12:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m., at Greynolds Park, 17530 West Dixie Hwy., in North Miami Beach, FL.

Fans can enjoy performances by local music bands including New River Boys, Southern Shores, Corn Country, The Cruddy Puppets, Alternative Tradition, Gospel with the Triumphants, and The Old Time Jammers, to name a few.  Patrons are encouraged to bring their instruments and join in on jam sessions with the entertainers. 

Hosted by the South Florida Bluegrass Association in association with Miami-Dade Parks' Greynolds Park, the Bluegrass Music Festival will take place monthly on the first Sunday of every month from 12:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m., except on Holiday weekends.  Upcoming concerts will take place Oct. 4, 2009, Nov. 1, 2009, Dec. 6, 2009, and next year on Jan. 3, 2010, Feb. 7, 2010, March 7, 2010, April 4, 2010, May 2, 2010, June 6, 2010, July 11, 2010,  August 1, 2010, September 12, 2010, and October 3, 2010.
