Dine inside an historic coral rock building -- or outside overlooking a lagoon paradise and Biscayne Bay. The Red Fish Grill at Matheson Hammock is open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily except Mondays. The atmosphere is tropical and the menu is ultra-fresh -- seafood, pasta, grilled vegetables, chicken and beef. Everything from conch fritters and jerk chicken strips to Tortellini Carbonara and Eggplant Rolatini. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Red Fish Grill offers a window-service, concession-style lunch for Matheson Hammock visitors. There is no park admission charge at the Red Fish Grill for dinner.
