From the smallest, pocket neighborhood park to the grandest metropolitan treasures, parks give spirit and vitality to residents of Miami-Dade County is critical for adequate local, state and federal investments and policies that encourage the acquisition and development of parks, public lands, and recreation resources for Miami-Dade County.
Neat Streets Miami
Formerly known as the Community Image Advisory Board, “Neat Streets Miami” is a county board dedicated to the maintenance and beautification of transportation gateways, corridors and connections.
Citizens Advisory Committee
The Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Citizens Advisory Committee (PRCAC), mandated by Miami-Dade County, was created June 9, 1994, to enable local citizens to make recommendations to improve and promote parks facilities and programs in Miami-Dade County.
Natural Areas Management Division (NAM)
