today for the 32nd Annual Palmetto Junior Golf Open. The open will be taking place on August 1 -3 at Palmetto Golf Course.
Single rider carts for people with disabilities are available (24-hours advance notice required).

Palmetto Golf Course is a Par-70 Championship Course, built on121 acres, running parallel to U.S. 1, south of 152nd Street. The 18-hole course, designed by Dick Wilson and built in 1959 by developers Porter, Russell and Wagor, was purchased by Miami-Dade County in 1967.
This facility has a serpentine canal system that flows across and alongside palmetto tree-lined fairways, making this an attractive, as well as challenging course to play. The golf course also offers a 22-position, lighted driving range; lighted putting green; a spacious clubhouse; and a fully-stocked pro shop. Equipment rentals are available. Golf lessons and clinics are offered.
Continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments are served at the snack bar.

The new miniature golf course at Palmetto Golf Course is now open! Palmetto Mini Golf offers safe family fun in a beautiful setting with a waterfall cascading into pools and an abundance of trees and plants from around the world. All age groups and all levels of athletic ability can enjoy the game of miniature golf. Whether a fun teen night out, or a relaxing afternoon for seniors, or maybe a birthday party for a family member, it's sure to be an enjoyable outdoor experience.
