The Deering Estate at Cutler Announces Artists for the 2011 Spring Photography Exhibit "H2O"

FREE opening night exhibit Wednesday, March 16th; open to the public. Exhibit on display through April 17th; free with Estate admission.


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 
The Deering Estate at Cutler congratulates the following artists selected for the 2011 Spring Photography Exhibit "H2O": Jonathan Brooks, Brian Call, Jessica Fiallo, Jacqueline Fitzgerald Ruiz, Marina Font, Christopher Foster, Ryan Gilbert, Kenny Jones, Ellie Perla, Diego Quiros, Vivian Quiros, Alice Raymond, Gertrude Rodon, Gregory Schaffer, Raquel Vargas, Andre von Bloedau da Silveira, and Jeff Weber. The exhibit focuses on water - "H2O" - through the inspiration, themes or content provided by each artist.

The exhibit opening is on Wednesday, March 16th at 7:00 pm. The exhibit opening is free to the general public.  The month long photography exhibition will be on display in the historic Stone House and Richmond Cottage through April 17th to guests visiting the Estate and is free with general admission.

About the Deering Estate at Cutler
The Deering Estate at Cutler, a Miami-Dade County Park, is located at 16701 SW 72 Avenue in Miami. This 444-acre natural and archeological preserve and historic site is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and serves as a center for education, culture and recreation. Historic house tours are offered daily at 10:30 am & 3:00 pm and natural areas tours are offered daily at 12:30 pm (October - May).
