(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- The fine wine, fine food and fine art of Chile and Argentina are highlighted at "Taste, Tango & Toast to the Andes" on Saturday, October 15th, from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm at the historic Deering Estate at Cutler. Under the golden light of the harvest moon, the evening's activities recreate the ambience of the Andes with Celebrity Chef Timon Balloo of Sugarcane doing a cooking demo in the center courtyard, wine tastings, food prepared by top area restaurants, Argentine Tango and Chilean folk dance performances, an art exhibition, and a high-end auction.
Presented by South BMW, the 10th annual "Wine on Harvest Moon" is held at the Deering Estate at Cutler located at 16701 SW 72 Avenue. Tickets: $125 and $100 for Foundation Members. Proceeds benefit the Deering Estate Foundation whose mission is to raise public awareness, outreach, understanding and the enjoyment of the Deering Estate at Cutler and to raise funds to support education, research, exhibits and collections, natural conservation and historical restoration and preservation.
