Enjoy a Reduced After-Hour Admission Fee to the Deering Estate at Cutler as Part of Their ''Winter Wednesdays''

(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- The Deering Estate at Cutler will offer $5 after-hour admission on the 1st Wednesday of each month beginning on November 7th from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 pm as part of their “Winter Wednesdays.”
Sometimes the most beautiful time on the Estate is after hours. The rich colors of evening reflect off the boat turning basin, flocks of birds gracefully swoop in to roost for the night in a nearby tree island, and a simple peace takes over the historic houses.
Bring a loved one, family, friends, a glass of wine or a picnic and join us for "Winter Wednesdays" on the main lawn of the Estate. Chef David Schwadron Catering and Joanna's Marketplace are official picnic providers for The Deering Estate at Cutler. The main grounds of the Estate will open to guests on the first Wednesday of each month for a reduced rate of $5 and Free for Deering Estate Foundation Members. There will be limited access to the buildings, only restrooms will be open. Guests will be able to meander through the public outdoor areas and enjoy the evening.
About the Deering Estate at Cutler
The Deering Estate at Cutler, a Miami-Dade County Park, is located at 16701 SW 72 Avenue in Miami. This 444-acre natural and archeological preserve and historic site is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and serves as a center for education, culture and recreation. Historic house tours are offered daily at 10:30 am & 3:00 pm with admission to the Estate. EcoAdventure Tours are also offered throughout the year for an additional fee.
