Tandem Theatre Project Presents William Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet at the Deering Estate at Cutler
Join TANDEM THEATRE PROJECT for a one-night special event performance of William Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet on Monday, July 15th, 2013, at 7:30 pm, at the Deering Estate at Cutler. The cost is $20 for adults and $10 for children ages 12 and under.
TANDEM THEATRE PROJECT is proud to be the Deering Estate at Cutler's Youth Artists in Residence Theatre Group. This inaugural production is presented by the advanced performance troupe, TANDEM TEENS. Their production plays tribute to the traditional work of Shakespeare, complete with elaborate costumes and the magnificent, natural setting of the Deering Estate at Cutler. Romeo & Juliet will feature professional costumes, made possible through TANDEM'S partnership with the Florida Grand Opera, set against the elegance and splendor of Charles Deering's 1922 Stone House. All of this comes together to create a unique experience, not to be missed!

The Deering Estate at Cutler, a Miami-Dade County Park, is located at 16701 SW 72 Avenue in Miami. This 444-acre natural and archeological preserve and historic site is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and serves as a center for education, culture and recreation. Historic house tours are offered daily at 10:30 am & 3:00 pm and are free with Estate admission.
