Miami-Dade County Parks Announces Winner of the July ''Show Your Park Love'' Sweepstakes


The Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department proudly announces: Miami-Dade County resident Alex Comesanas is the winner of the July Facebook contest "Show Your Park Love" Wing Flyer Bicycle Sweepstakes. The prize, a brand new Wing Flyer (a step cycle with the look of a scooter), was provided courtesy of Mack Cycle and Fitness.  Pictured above, Comensanas and son (right) with his new Wing Flyer,and Mack Cycle and Fitness Manager Ricardo Rix (left).  Miami-Dade County Parks selected the winner by random drawing at its downtown Miami headquarters.

The bicycle sweepstakes was part of the Department's celebratory activities for Park and Recreation Month, as a means to encourage residents of all ages to get out and experience the many fun, recreational activities at park sites across Miami-Dade County that can help them improve their health and well-being.
