Rock icon Eddie Money headlines the 11th Annual Love-In Party in the Park

“Two Tickets to Paradise” on Sale Now for Sunday, May 4, 2014


(MIAMI, April 16, 2014) – Rock icon Eddie Money will take top billing at this year’s Love-In Party in the Park, presented by Catholic Health Services, a day-long outdoor festival and concert celebrating the era of the 1960s, 70s, and 80s, on Sunday, May 4, 2014, 11 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., at Greynolds Park, located at 18500 NE 22nd Avenue, in North Miami Beach, FL.

Hosted by Magic 102.7FM, Miami-Dade Parks, and the Parks Foundation of Miami-Dade, the party-in-the-park will feature back-to-back musical performances by local artists, including the Mojo Scoundrels, Mr. Nice Guy, and Blackstar, followed by Eddie Money.  Money began his career in the late 1970s during the early days of MTV and music videos launched him into stardom. He is an accomplished musician who sings, writes, plays the saxophone, harmonica and piano. He has recorded over a dozen albums of his own (selling over 28 million records), and has done numerous projects in television and film. Some of his hits include "Two Tickets To Paradise, ""Baby Hold On," "Walk On Water," "Think I'm In Love," and "Shakin.”

Party-goers will also enjoy classic cars; 60s, 70s, and 80s costume contest; arts and crafts vendors; assorted food vendors; and more.
