Personal and professional pictures available for a fee. Free photos for pets adopted that day. Please bring pets on leash or in carriers. Please note that only service animals are permitted on the main Estate grounds.

Youth Arts Exhibit & Holiday Wonderland
The Youth Arts Exhibit is a community collaboration in which creative and diverse works by student artists (Grades K-12) are displayed in one of Miami-Dade’s rich cultural landmarks, the Deering Estate at Cutler. The Holiday Wonderland is an annual tradition and a special project curated by local garden clubs and community organizations in which the historic houses are adorned with holiday decorations.
Outdoor Birdhouse Build & Design Partnering with Miami-Dade College’s Dr. Lyle Culver and his Architecture History, Design and Landscape Construction classes, and community students, the Estate will showcase an outdoor exhibition of specially designed functional and historically themed birdhouses which will be on exhibit from December 10, 2014 to January 29, 2015.

Throughout December, visitors can tour the elegant and historic houses as they come alive with holiday accents and decorations! The “Holiday Wonderland” is an annual tradition at the Deering Estate and a special project of local garden clubs and community organizations. The Deering Estate Foundation, Inc. and the Deering Estate at Cutler would like to thank the garden clubs and community organizations for their decorating efforts and contributions to the 2014 Deering “Holiday Wonderland.”

The Deering Estate at Cutler, a Miami-Dade County Park, is located at 16701 SW 72 Avenue in Miami. This 444-acre natural and archeological preserve and historic site is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and serves as a center for education, culture and recreation. Historic house tours are offered daily at 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. and a Natural Areas Tour is offered daily at 12:30 p.m. Both the Historic House Tour and the Natural Areas Tour are Free with regular admission to the Estate.
