| Minimum Qualifications | |
| Must possess a State of Florida Professional Engineer license having practiced within the area of jurisdiction of the Building Code for no less than six years; or a State of Florida Registered Architect license having practiced within the area of jurisdiction of the Building Code for no less than six years; or a General Contractor license issued by the Miami-Dade County Construction Trades Qualifying Board or the State of Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board with five years of experience under that license, all of which shall have been within the jurisdiction of the Building Code. All applicants qualifying for employment will be subject to extensive background screening. | |
